For our fifth distribution, we reached out to 147 waste workers at four different sites. This distribution was very eventful for the project because we not only provided ration materials, awareness, and medicines but also protective jumpsuits to our waste workers.

The distribution in all four sites was facilitated by Himalayan Climate Initiative (HCI). The first distribution of the day was conducted in Budhanilkantha for three waste workers and their families. The were provided with ration materials. For the second distribution at another site in Budhanilkantha, 26 waste workers were provided assistance in the form of safety gears and ration materials. 19 waste workers were provided with ration materials whereas 7 waste workers were provided with protective jumpsuits.
