Volunteer for Change (VFC) conducted the twelfth chapter of Empower+ from 27 November to 29 November 2019 at CREASION Head Office, Lazimpat.

The three-day workshop focusing on career development consisted of sessions on MS Office Package, CV and Cover Letter Writing, Email Writing, Job Interview Techniques, and Elevator Pitch along with featured sessions on Leadership by Mr. Aanand Mishra, Founder and President of CREASION and Stress Management for Youth by Mr. Jagganath Lamichhane, Mental Health Educator and Executive Director of CREASION.

The workshop saw the participation of some fifteen youths from diverse backgrounds ranging from social work to environmental science and management. Each session from the workshop was followed by participatory group games where the participants were made to draft their own CV and Cover Letter, present their elevator pitch to the entire group and mock interviews. Also, the winners of the games were prized with a small gift hampers from the merchandise of CREASION.
